About This Grade
YD-301 is a PUR hot melt adhesive cleaner in granule form, used to clean the application rollers on lines that run PUR hot melt adhesive.
For roller cleaning
The cleaner is melted and run through the equipment in place of adhesive, so residue is carried off the rollers instead of building up. Tell us your machine and we will confirm the cleaning routine that suits it.
Key values
Melt viscosity is 800±200 mPa·s (160°C) and the softening point is 75±5°C. The recommended working temperature is 110-140°C, with an open time of 1-2 s and a setting time of 1-2 s.
How it is supplied
YD-301 is supplied as white granules in 25 kg bags, so it feeds into the same melt tanks and auto-feed systems as your adhesive.
