About This Grade
YD-6314E is a white APAO hot melt adhesive in block form for bonding mattress and sofa materials. It is a mid-range grade with low smoke, low odor and a long open time.
Low smoke and low odor
Upholstery and bedding workshops often apply adhesive close to operators. YD-6314E is formulated for low smoke and low odor during melting and application, helping keep the working environment comfortable.
Long open time for large panels
A long open time leaves room to position foam, fabric and padding before the bond sets, which matters when you are aligning full-size mattress or sofa panels.
Key values
Melt viscosity is 2000±500 mPa·s at 180°C and the softening point is 115±10°C. The grade ships as solid white blocks for bulk melters.
