Product Overview
About This Grade
YD-5313 is a yellow EVA hot melt adhesive in granule form, with a low melt viscosity and a high softening point. It is built for high-speed carton sealing and nonwoven handle bonding.
Two jobs, one grade
YD-5313 seals standard 3-ply corrugated cartons on high-speed lines and also bonds nonwoven carry handles onto cartonboard, so a packing hall running both jobs can stock a single adhesive.
Low viscosity, high softening point
A melt viscosity of 1000±300 mPa·s at 180°C keeps the adhesive flowing freely through nozzles at speed, while a softening point of 111±5°C sits at the upper end of our carton range.
Granules for auto-feed
Yellow granules feed straight into melt tanks and auto-feed systems. For standard-speed lines, YD-5158 is our general-purpose EVA carton grade.
Produced in our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified plant in Zhejiang. Our granule range is covered by REACH and RoHS test reports from SGS. Free samples and the full technical data sheet are available on request.

Where It's Used
High-Speed Carton Sealing and Handle Bonding
YD-5313 is an EVA grade for high-speed carton sealing on standard 3-ply corrugated board. The same grade also bonds nonwoven carry handles onto cartonboard, so one adhesive can run both jobs in the same packing hall.
